課程退換貨說明
線上課程會在報名30天內開放報名,並且在30天內開課完畢。
上課前三天會統一寄送課程資訊,如果要取消課程,請在上課前三天告知。沒有收到課程通知,請儘速聯絡客服。
以下情況無法接受取消報名:
- 所有課程上課前三天都無法取消退費。此時行政流程都已經完成,也無法讓其他同學報名。
- 馬拉松、畫圖進階班等需要交作業的課程,已開始繳交作業,便無法取消退費。
取消報名流程
聯絡客服人員 → 確認取消課程與釋出名額→ 從後台退款。
退款說明
信用卡付款者:確認退貨成功後,會直接把款項刷退至原付款的信用卡帳號中。
ATM、綠界、paypal付款會請顧客提供退款帳號,3-5天內退款給顧客。

Course Cancellation & Refund Policy
Online courses will begin and finish within 30 days after registration.
Course details and Zoom access will be sent 3 days before the class starts. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 3 days before the class begins.
If you do not receive the course information, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Cancellations Will Not Be Accepted Under the Following Conditions:
- Cancellations are not allowed within 3 days before the class starts. At that point, all administrative processes are complete, and your spot cannot be offered to others.
- For courses that require assignments (e.g., marathon sessions, advanced drawing classes), once assignments have been submitted, cancellation and refunds are no longer permitted.
Cancellation Process:
Contact customer service → Confirm cancellation and release your spot → Refund processed via the system backend.
Refund Details
- Credit Card Payments: After cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be issued to the same card used for the original payment.
- ATM, ECPay, or PayPal Payments: Please provide your refund account details; the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
