【Evening Meditation Class: Release Stress and Practice Relaxation】
In this class, we will follow the flow of the Earth's Qi energy to release the accumulated stress and discomfort in each part of our body. Participants will be guided to establish a deeper connection and integration with their inner self. Mother Earth deeply loves us and helps us clear and discharge negative energy.
During meditation, this will allow us to gather our energy and light, drawing our resources inward and reducing disturbances from additional stress.

Sing-up Requirements: No restrictions on age, locations, or whether you've taken any drawing class before. Before each class, I will have pre-class discussions with each student's soul team. Based on the discussion, each class will have its own tailored relaxation steps and specific details to pay attention to for that month.
● After successful registration and payment, students will receive a confirmation email with the class information. Within 24 hours after the class, students will receive an email containing the video and audio recording. If there are any questions, please contact us via email.

● In the meeting room, only Azure Mulo will be on the screen; all participants will be muted and have no cameras on. If you have questions, you can write them in the chat.
● Every class will be recorded, and recordings will be sent to students for personal use. If you miss the class, you can still practice with the video and audio recording. (Please respect my intellectual property and do not share it.)
● I will discuss each student’s condition with their soul team. On the energetic level, I will only take care of the registered participants and their soul teams. If the video or audio is shared, or if others join the class without my consent, I will not take responsibility for anyone who has not followed the proper registration and payment process, either on the physical or energetic level.
Meditation Classes at Three Different Times:

Morning Meditation Class: This should take place “after sunrise” and “before noon” in the local area. In Taiwan, this should be held before 10:00 AM, or at the latest by 11:00 AM. The time of sunrise varies by season, please check the website of Central Weather Bureau for accurate times.
The morning meditation class is best held after the sun has risen above the horizon, as it relies entirely on the energy from the sun. If you try to meditate during the pre-dawn twilight, the effect will be three times less, which is not ideal.

Noon Meditation Class: The recommended time for the midday meditation class is within two hours before and after local noon. In Taiwan, this would be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, with the best time being between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Evening Meditation Class: The recommended practice time is from 2:00 PM to five hours after sunset. In Taiwan, this would be between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM (sunset times vary depending on the season). If you are too occupied and need to practice at a later time, please do a simplified version instead of the full version of meditation. At night, the Earth’s Qi energy is too deep and strong, making it unsuitable for people to release stress while awake. It is likely that your energy field will become too thin, leading to potential issues.
- The morning meditation is meant for the morning, the noon meditation for midday, and the evening meditation for after 2:00 PM. No matter what shift you're on, or what time you wake up, please follow your current time zone and the movement of the sun to practice meditation at a suitable time.
(If you practice the evening meditation in the morning, or the morning meditation in the evening, or the noon meditation outside the recommended time, it can greatly increase the chances of creating “energy field holes” and even lead to spiritual disturbances, which is very dangerous. Please, don’t try to be clever or experimental. I've repeatedly emphasized this. The meditation is designed to work in alignment with the Earth’s energy flow, which is very strong, like being swept by ocean currents. Your individual energy cannot go against the flow, so please follow the guidelines.)
- For students overseas, you can attend the class online at Taiwan's time. Simply listen to the session with your palms placed over your chest, which is a protective gesture. If you plan to practice, it's best to replay the video at the designated time in your local time zone.
- Don’t worry about missing the live class —your spirit guides will connect at the scheduled time to provide information, and the energetic support I offer will also be embedded in the recording.
- As the online meditation classes I lead are designed to align with Earth’s Qi flow, class times will be adjusted based on seasonal shifts. The Earth won’t change its natural rhythm for us; we can only adjust our cycle to match it. Thank you for your understanding.
Protection from Earth’s Qi Channel:
The class will guide participants to release massive stress, and will therefore need Earth’s Qi channel to protect the environment, ensuring that the released stress flows smoothly into the Earth’s Qi circulation, without being stuck in the home or surrounding areas, which could affect other residents.
To ensure the safest and smoothest class experience, please remember to fill in the location of where you will be on the day of the class. If not filled in, no further notifications will be provided. If you are still uncertain where you will be, or the location has changed, please notify us via private message at least one day before the class.
● Payments will be collected within 30 days of registration opening, and the class will begin within 30 days.
